2. Use of the Website

By accessing and browsing www.peenkok.es, the user accepts these terms.
It is not allowed to:

  • Use the website for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Provide false data in forms or orders.
  • Upload offensive or unlawful content.

PÉENKOK’ may modify the website or suspend services at any time.

3. Purchase Process

Users must:

  • Be over 18 years old and legally capable of contracting.
  • Provide truthful and updated contact information.
  • Place orders only for legitimate personal purposes.

Process: select products, add to cart, fill in shipping and payment details, confirm the order. The user will receive an order confirmation email and later a shipping notification.

Invoices will be issued electronically upon request.

4. Availability

All orders depend on product availability.
If an item is out of stock, PÉENKOK’ will inform the customer and refund the amount paid.

5. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are shown in euros (€), including taxes.
  • No hidden charges will be added; only those chosen by the user (e.g., shipping method).
  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, and Bizum
  • Payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.

If the bank rejects the payment, the order cannot be completed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Deliveries are made within Europe.
  • Maximum delivery time: 30 calendar days from order confirmation (except personalized items or extraordinary circumstances).
  • If delivery is not possible due to customer absence, a notice will be left.
  • Risk of the product passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
To exercise this right, they must:

  • Notify PÉENKOK’ (info@peenkok.es).
  • Return the product in perfect condition, with original packaging and invoice.
  • Bear the return shipping costs.

Exclusions from withdrawal:

  • Personalized items.
  • Sealed goods opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons).
  • Goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method.

8. Defective Products or Wrong Delivery

If a product is defective or incorrect, the customer must notify PÉENKOK’ immediately.
After receiving the return, PÉENKOK’ will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

9. Legal Guarantee

All products have a 3-year legal warranty in Spain for lack of conformity.
Natural variations in materials are not considered defects.

10. Limitation of Liability

PÉENKOK’ is not responsible for:

  • Misuse of the website or products by the user.
  • Internet or telecommunication failures.
  • Delays caused by force majeure (strikes, natural events, etc.).

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (designs, images, texts, logos, etc.) belongs to PÉENKOK’ and is protected under Spanish and EU law.
Any reproduction or use without express permission is prohibited.

12. Communications

Communications will be mainly by email.
The user accepts this medium for contractual purposes.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, except where consumer law provides otherwise.

Users may also resort to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
