Shipping policy

Deliveries are made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, within the deadlines indicated in the attached table. In the event that Péenkok’ does not have stock Péenkok’ will duly inform the customer of this as soon as possible.


Péenkok’ sends orders to its clients via different transport companies of recognised national and international prestige.
The date of delivery to the client's home depends on the availability of the chosen product and the delivery area.
However, these deadlines may be altered due to extraordinary incidents with the carrier and difficulties in the delivery of the goods.

In any case, if the customer does not receive the order within the maximum legal period of 30 days from the date of contracting, he/she can contact us at support@peenkok.es.


Delivery times:

National: 2-5 working days.
European Community: 5-10 working days.
Rest of the world: 10-15 working days.

Orders are prepared as soon as payment is confirmed and at the following times:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00.


Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the next working day. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

When placing your order, if you are outside the European Union, please note that you are responsible for the payment of local customs duties.

Free shipping in peninsula in orders equal or superior to 100€.

International:
Europe 1: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Portugal: 14,99€.
Rest of Europe: 29,99€.
Rest of the world: 39,99€.
Free international shipping from 250€.

Customs:
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
