Refund policy

If you have made a purchase, you may return it within 30 days. The period starts from the day you receive the order. If several products from the same purchase are delivered separately, the period will start from the day the last product was received.

Returns

  • To start the process, send an email to support@peenkok.es explaining the reason for the return.
  • The return of products is free of charge, but the customer must pay the shipping costs: Spain Peninsula (€5 standard / €8 express), Balearic Islands (€10), Canary Islands (€15), Europe (€15), Rest of the world (€39). This amount will be deducted from the refund.
  • Péenkok’ will arrange collection at the delivery address (or another one provided by the customer) within a maximum of 30 days from the request.
  • The refund will be processed once the product is received and verified to be in perfect condition. It will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 30 days.
  • If the product is returned in a different condition than it was delivered (damaged, incomplete, or with decreased value), Péenkok’ may refuse the refund. Please prepare and protect the product properly before returning it.

Damaged products

  • If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days at support@peenkok.es.
  • We may ask you to send a photo of the defect to help us improve.
  • You may request a full refund or a replacement product. In these cases, returns will be completely free of charge, including transport costs.
